CompassRock is seeking a Senior Property Manager to lead the operations of a premium 800+ unit Build-to-Rent asset in Croydon, Greater London. You will manage on-site teams, contractors and service partners, oversee budgets, and ensure health and safety compliance while delivering an exceptional resident experience.

You will work with the Senior Management Team on reporting, strategic planning and continuous improvement, driving performance and asset value across this expanding portfolio.
