Fawkes & Reece London is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to lead a mix of framework and competitive tenders for schemes across the South Coast. You will coordinate with estimators, design managers and planners from early enquiry to preferred bidder stages, progressing through PCSA and towards construction.
The role requires strong communication, negotiation, planning and a commercial mindset to secure workload for a busy regional office of a Tier 1 main contractor.
