EC&I Engineering Manager — Lead Delivery & Growth (Flexible Hours)

Hart Process Services is seeking an EC&I Engineering Manager to lead the Electrical, Instrumentation & Control discipline across the business. You will combine technical leadership with team management and a strategic commercial focus, supporting proposals, client engagement and growth.

The role includes line management of EC&I engineers, designers and an apprentice, with emphasis on delivering safe, compliant designs and continuous improvement. Office-based with occasional site visits.
