Residential Site Manager – New Build (M&E & Finishes)

REC Group is looking for a Site Manager in Greater London to join their team on a residential development project. You will work under a Project Manager to oversee M&E and finishing trades/packages, ensuring timely completion.

The ideal candidate will have a CSCS Card and SMSTS/First Aid training, with prior experience in residential new build and refurbishment projects. This role is available for immediate start, with options for both permanent and freelance positions.
