Job Description:
Smart 4 EPC seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager for HS2 on a major infrastructure project. Banbury-based, permanent role with a salary up to £100,000 plus benefits. You will own commercial management, protect entitlements, and maximise value while working with the operations team.
Experience with NEC3/4 contracts and a background in ME systems are desirable. Candidates at Commercial Manager level will be considered for higher packages and leadership responsibilities.
