Hybrid Senior Cost Manager, Real Estate – London/SE

Hollis is seeking a Senior Chartered or Associate Cost Manager to lead its cost management team in London and the South East. Based in the London office, you will manage a range of cost management instructions across building sectors and collaborate with the wider team to secure new work.

You will drive pre- and post-contract cost management, feasibility cost plans, pricing exercises, cost reports, and tender support.
