Village Hotels Bristol is seeking an energetic Meetings & Events Team Leader / Assistant Manager to lead busy shifts across conferences and banqueting, from planning through to guest arrival and departure. You’ll deputise for the Manager and drive performance with your front‑line leadership.

You’ll coach a busy events team, manage space setup to brand standards, supervise AV, upsell drinks and catering, and ensure compliance and safety.
