Job Description

Be the eyes and ears that keep our housing safe, compliant and thriving.

At GreenSquareAccord, we believe everyone deserves a safe, secure place to call home. We’re looking for a proactive and organised Partnership Officer who enjoys being out on site, building strong relationships and making sure our homes meet the highest standards.

This is a varied, field-based role where you’ll spend much of your time visiting supported housing schemes, carrying out inspections, monitoring compliance and working alongside our partners to ensure residents receive safe, high-quality housing services.

If you’re someone who enjoys working independently, solving problems, and making a real difference in communities, we’d love to hear from you.

Partnership Officer

Location: Chippenham & Oxford

Salary: £27,000

What you’ll be doing

No two days are the same for our Partnership Officers. You’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of supported housing schemes across Chippenham and Oxford, ensuring properties remain safe, compliant and well managed.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Carrying out regular site visits, estate inspections and tenancy audits across supported housing schemes.
  • Monitoring health and safety compliance, ensuring statutory checks are completed and following up on any actions identified.
  • Reviewing Fire Risk Assessment actions and working with partners to make sure recommendations are completed within required timescales.
  • Inspecting properties to ensure they are clean, safe, well maintained and ready to let.
  • Building strong working relationships with local authorities, support providers, NHS teams, contractors and internal colleagues.
  • Monitoring the performance of partner organisations and ensuring service level agreements are being delivered.
  • Supporting partner agencies with tenancy management, rent accounts and Housing Benefit applications.
  • Helping resolve anti-social behaviour issues by working collaboratively with specialist teams and external agencies.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance documentation is always up to date.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a Partnership Officer who enjoys being out in the community, takes pride in getting the detail right and can confidently build relationships with a wide range of people.

You’ll ideally have

  • Experience in housing management, neighbourhood management, property compliance or supported housing.
  • Experience carrying out property inspections or monitoring compliance within housing or property services.
  • An understanding of health and safety responsibilities and the importance of compliance within residential housing.
  • Confidence working independently and managing your own diary across multiple locations.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skill.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload.
  • A full UK driving licence, as regular travel between schemes is essential.
