Building Manager – Tenant Experience & ESG Champion

IWFM is seeking a Building Manager to oversee operations of a flagship site in Greater London. The role requires a strong customer focus and hands-on management of day-to-day activities, tenants, and service partners.

You will drive ESG initiatives, ensure health and safety standards (IOSH/NEBOSH), and oversee budgeted service charges, with potential involvement in fit-out works and career development within a supportive team.
