Head of Finance: Lead Growth & Strategy (Estate Agency)

Gcb is seeking an experienced Head of Finance to own the financial function in a growing estate agency group based near Bury St Edmunds. This senior role reports to Directors and shapes financial strategy to support continued growth and decision-making.

You will lead a small finance team, manage monthly management accounts, cash flow, and budgeting, and ensure robust controls while driving improvements in financial systems and performance metrics.
