Head of Estates & Property — National Portfolio

Valencia Waste Management is seeking a senior Head of Estates & Property to own and shape the group’s UK property portfolio, including freehold and leasehold interests. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on management of landlord and tenant matters across multiple sites.

You’ll lead a high-autonomy team, coordinate with internal colleagues and external advisers, travel to sites nationwide, and ensure property risk, value and compliance align with business goals.
