Freelance Site Manager: Long-Term Care Home Build (Chester)

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking a Freelance Site Manager for a long-term project in Chester from August 2026 to April 2027 on a new build 75-bed care home.

A strong commercial background is required; care home experience is a bonus. You will report to the Project Manager, maintain H&S standards, monitor progress, and coordinate with design teams and client representatives. Daily rate up to £280, with weekly pay and a commitment to handovers.
