£13.10 per hour
As a Housekeeping Assistant at our Glasgow Hospital, you will organise your work and plan your time to ensure that cleaning never gets in the way of a customer’s experience. You have a friendly nature and good communication skills, which will come in handy when you’re interacting with colleagues and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare a range of areas at our hospital both clinical and non‑clinical
- Use power cleaning equipment proficiently
- Work well under pressure as an individual or within a team environment
- Show a flexible approach to shift working
- Take pride in your work and care about our customers and the working environment
Qualifications and Skills
- Knowledge of IPC and associated best practices
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of COSHH
- Hold a current PVG status
- Healthcare experience preferred but not essential
- Proficiency in the use of power cleaning equipment
