Butchery Department Lead — Grow Sales & Lead Team

Booker Group is seeking experienced butchers to run our Butchery Departments with an entrepreneurial mindset in a Booker store. You will work with customers to develop their business, understand your local market and provide them with great service.

This role offers the autonomy to run a meat department with support from store leadership, requiring strong product knowledge of all meat proteins, self-motivation and a drive to succeed in a busy retail environment.
