Niya Care in Dorset is seeking a Field Home Care Supervisor to lead and support a team of Care & Support Workers across the field. You will monitor quality, conduct client reviews, and ensure documentation is up to date while promoting professional development.

You’ll spend most time in the field, coordinating schedules, and reporting to the Care Manager to maintain high standards of care for service users and their families. Driving licence is required.
