JYSK is seeking a Store Manager for our Hull store to lead a motivated team and drive exceptional sales performance. You will be responsible for ensuring the store delivers outstanding customer experience, coaching staff, and maintaining store standards on the shop floor.

You will recruit and develop colleagues, act as a role model by selling and performing routine tasks, and work closely with the Deputy Store Manager to achieve 100% readiness for every trading day.
