Head of Coach Development & Performance

University of Nottingham Sport is seeking a Head of Coach Development to lead the strategic management and development of the coaching workforce for an inclusive student sport experience.

The role requires line-management of specialist coaches, development of education programs, and building partnerships with local and national organisations to drive recruitment and development. Some evenings and weekends may be required to meet demand.
