The role covers managing shared ownership/leasehold portfolios, resolving service charge disputes, and handling RTB/Right to Acquire applications, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and maintaining compliant records.

The post requires 3+ years in social housing home ownership, GCSEs including Maths and English, and strong numeracy. A CIH housing qualification is desirable; car allowance is provided.
