Description

We are a highly successful homegrown company looking for our first Cloud Platform Engineer / AWS Engineer as we go through a large technology transformation.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy cloud platform capabilities using AWS best practices.
• Design and support CI/CD tools to streamline deployments and infrastructure updates.
• Lead technical operations projects from requirements to design, implementation, and operations.
• Enhance system performance and features on a regular basis to improve customer experience.
• Build the foundation, structure, set‑up, and governance to take the platform and environment further.
• Engage with the wider business and act as a face of the company.

Qualifications

• Several years experience in a system administration/systems engineer role.
• Experience in Cloud, Site Reliability, Infrastructure, or DevOps.
• Strong experience with AWS (ideally), Azure, and GCP.
• Experience working with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Python, Terraform, or similar.
• Ability to engage with the wider business and communicate effectively.
