Oxfordshire County Council is seeking a Registered Manager to lead our residential children’s homes. You will supervise staff, ensure alignment with Children’s Homes Regulations and restorative practice, and work with the leadership team to deliver service objectives across existing and new homes.
We require at least two years’ relevant experience in children’s residential care, with one year in supervising staff, and a Level 5 Diploma (or equivalent) or willingness to complete within 18 months.
