We are currently recruiting for an experienced and hands‑on General Manager to lead the team at a highly regarded premium café and food‑led business. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong hospitality operator to take ownership of the day‑to‑day running of a busy and successful site, overseeing both the front‑of‑house experience and food production operation.

Driven by the need for exceptional service standards, the General Manager will be responsible for developing the team, maintaining operational excellence and delivering strong commercial performance.

Qualifications
- Previous experience as a General Manager, Café Manager, Restaurant Manager or Operations Manager within a quality food‑led hospitality environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach and develop a team
- A hands‑on approach with a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality
- Experience managing daily operations, rotas, staffing levels and service standards
- Strong commercial awareness with experience managing sales, labour costs, margins and profitability
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and teams
- Experience overseeing food quality, hygiene standards and operational compliance
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple departments in a busy environment
- A genuine passion for great food, service and creating an outstanding customer experience
