Keys Group is recruiting for a Trainee Manager in Shrewsbury, a 12‑month progression programme designed for individuals with Children’s Home experience who want to move into a management role.

You’ll gain practical leadership experience and coaching, with an accredited leadership programme; after completion you can move into a Service Manager position or a Deputy Manager role within our EBD Children’s Homes.
