Description
We are seeking a mid-level Business Analyst with at least two years of experience in requirements gathering and documentation. The successful candidate will support a global client across enterprise-level and ERP/MRP software projects. You will drive solutions through DMAIC methodologies and agile practices, ensuring that business needs are captured and translated into functional specifications.
Responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with business stakeholders to elicit requirements and clarify gaps.
- Deliver activities across an agile life cycle from inception through user-acceptance testing and documentation.
- Develop detailed functional analysis and design documents.
- Manage resources and support project delivery.
- Ensure technology requirements are clearly identified and met.
Qualifications
- 2+ years as a Business Analyst.
- Experience in software development projects and agile/scrum environments.
- Knowledge of DMAIC and continuous improvement processes.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Information from SSADM, ISEB or BCS is an advantage.
