Regional Manager, Childcare Operations — Surrey

KOOSA Kids is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee clubs across the region from our Camberley office. You will lead, coach and develop teams to consistently deliver outstanding childcare that meets Ofsted standards and KOOSA Kids policies.

You will spend time in clubs, auditing quality, providing support, and coordinating with HR, training and marketing to drive improvements and growth. This is a full-time, on-site role with seasonal patterns.
