Family Court Adviser: Children’s Social Worker (Hybrid)

Cafcass is seeking qualified Children’s Social Workers to join our teams across Surrey and Sussex, handling a mixed caseload of Private and Public Law while safeguarding children’s welfare and representing their views to the court.

Roles offer flexible remote working with mandatory occasional court attendance. A Social Work England registration and at least 3 years’ experience are required, with a £4,000 joining incentive and comprehensive wellbeing support.
