Facilities Lead: Student Housing & Safety

Homes for Students in Canterbury seeks a Facilities Manager to lead the FM and H&S duties across Palamon Court, Currus Court and Rhodaus Court. The role runs a 40‑hour week, Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:30, with responsibility for maintenance, compliance and lifecycle planning.

You will drive CAFM programs, coordinate internal/external teams, and ensure resident satisfaction while promoting safety and sustainability across the sites.
