Senior Civil Engineer – Housing Development Lead

Strata Consulting is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer – Housing Developer to lead the engineering strategy for land development, de‑risk bids, and deliver value engineered information in line with programmes and budgets. You will support due diligence for land acquisitions, coordinate drainage, cut & fill, retaining walls, foundations and utilities, and manage groundworks estimates and procurement.
