Senior Operations Manager, Older Adults MH & Dementia

East London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Operational Manager for the Older Adult Mental Health & Dementia Service in Central Beds. You will oversee performance, budget controls, quality improvement and workforce development while engaging with service users, carers and partners to ensure smooth delivery of care.

You will lead on operational management across two sites, drive change, and develop the team to operate autonomously within a supportive Trust framework.
