Compassionate Care Assistant — Flexible 36h/wk in Bath

Pilgrims’ Friend Society is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to join our Bridgemead Home in Bath. You will support residents with personal care, meals, and everyday activities, helping them maintain dignity, comfort and independence.

The role is based on the Bridgemead Home 32-bed residential setting, with a strong emphasis on dementia awareness, teamwork and person-centred care across a 36-hour week. Flexible shifts and a supportive team environment are promised.
