Founding AI Research Engineer – Personalised AI Systems

Catapult is seeking a founding AI research engineer to shape the scientific and research AI direction. You will work end-to-end on projects spanning retrieval and knowledge-base systems, reasoning models, and live information from applications, taking ideas from inception to product.

The ideal candidate will combine deep technical ability with rapid learning in a fast-moving environment, and will be based in London or willing to relocate.
