Taxi Licensing Officer – Customer Service & Compliance

Sefton Council in Bootle is recruiting two permanent Taxi Licensing Officers to join the Customer Services team at Bootle One Stop Shop. You will provide face-to-face advice to taxi licensing customers and help ensure timely processing of applications.

The role involves interviewing customers, checking evidence, updating the taxi licensing databases, and delivering high-quality service. This is a permanent, on-site role serving the Liverpool area.
