Night Shift Lead: Store Ops & Customer Service

Marks & Spencer in Torquay is seeking a frontline supervisor to manage the fill operation and ensure the salesfloor is ready to trade. You’ll coordinate resource and lead the floor in the absence of the Colleague Manager, while maintaining high standards of service and presentation.

This role involves late-night hours with an unsocial premium and responsibilities that include opening/closing tasks, cash handling, and upholding M&S behaviours.
