Commercial Lead, Engineering & Maintenance Projects

Bilfinger UK is seeking a commercially minded professional to join our Irvine team as a cost and contract reporting specialist. You will collate weekly productivity data, monitor spend, forecast against budgets and manage cost reports for maintenance and large project works.

The role includes liaising with subcontractors, reviewing contract terms, processing valuations and supporting ad-hoc estimating and payroll checks. Experience with NEC4 contracts and NAECI Labour is advantageous.
