SAFE Centre Manager — Lead Operations, Accreditation & Team

Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Centre Manager for the Lancashire SAFE Centre. The role leads a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, high‑quality operation and manages accreditation processes, governance and service improvement.

You will recruit, train and line-manage crisis workers, coordinate rosters and contribute to data collection, analysis and reporting, while liaising with external partners and attending relevant meetings.
