Retail Security Officer — Calm, Customer‑Focused, 40+ Hours

M&S in Oswestry is hiring a Retail Security Officer to create a safe, welcoming and secure environment for customers and colleagues. You’ll be a visible presence in store, staying calm under pressure and delivering great service while protecting people and products.

We’re seeking confident, customer-focused individuals who combine strong awareness with a warm, approachable attitude. A valid SIA licence is desirable, and previous security experience is preferred.
