FP&A Leader: AI-Driven Finance & Strategy

Napier AI is seeking a Head of FP&A to lead budgeting, forecasting and planning with AI-native approaches. You will own core financial models and reporting used by the board, investors and lenders, and surface insights to drive Exco decisions.

The role integrates AI and automation across FP&A workflows in a fast-growth fintech environment. You will partner with Product, GTM, Sales and Engineering, drive pricing insights, and support strategic projects including M&A and due diligence.
