Aircraft Maintenance Team Leader – Heavy Mx (UK CAA B1)

British Airways Engineering Gatwick is seeking a Maintenance Team Leader (UK CAA B1) to lead and supervise 20+ mechanics in scheduled maintenance, inspections and defect rectification. You will ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards while driving productivity and delivering agreed targets.

You will provide technical leadership, sign-off authority within approvals, and coach the team to continuously improve schedules and aircraft downtimes.
