Head of Engineering – FMCG Maintenance & Team Leadership

Energy Jobline ZR is recruiting a Senior member for a South Yorkshire manufacturing engineering team. You will manage, train and develop Engineering Technicians, ensuring health and safety standards, and plan work using CMMS.

You will provide technical support, lead by example on the shop floor and manage budgets. The role includes coordinating toolbox talks, handling breakdowns quickly, and standing in for engineering managers when required.
