Lead Maintenance Engineer – FMCG Plant, Day/Night Shifts

Avara Foods Limited is seeking a Lead Maintenance Engineer for the Telford site. You will lead a team of shift engineers, optimise machinery output and product quality, and minimise downtime through proactive maintenance in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

You will deputise for the shift manager, ensure safety and GMP compliance, and drive continuous improvements across engineering activities. An apprenticeship-trained engineer with strong leadership is essential.
