Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer — 4 on/4 off (FMCG)

NMS Recruit Ltd t/a Russell Taylor Group is seeking a hands‑on Multi‑Skilled Shift Engineer for our FMCG manufacturing site in Deeside. You will join a fast‑paced team on a 4‑on, 4‑off, 12‑hour shift pattern, ensuring production runs safely, efficiently and with minimal downtime.

The role covers planned, predictive and reactive maintenance across electrical, mechanical and automation systems, fault‑finding on processing lines, and collaboration with contractors.
