We are looking for a proactive, hands-on operational leader to join the management team within the Highland Hub. This is an important role, which contributes to patients being able to access the right care at the right time.
You will provide leadership and line management for a team of Hub Controllers providing a 24/7 call centre service and will be expected to be operationally proficient in the Hub Controller role.
The Highland Hub provides the single point of contact for Key Stakeholders and Integrated Services including NHS Highland: Out of Hours Services, Telecare and Staffbank, NHS24 and other health care professionals.
The department operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. You will work a rotating shift pattern covering a range of shifts including nights, weekends and public holidays.
