Innovation & Continual Improvement Lead (Remote)

The Indra Group UK & Ireland is recruiting a Continual Improvement and Innovation Manager on a fixed-term contract (16 months) to lead improvement initiatives across the Proteus contract with TfL. You will drive governance, deliver measurable benefits, and ensure alignment with ITIL processes.

You will oversee improvement projects, work with TfL and Indra stakeholders, develop roadmaps, measure benefits, and report progress.
