Strategic Partnerships Lead — Safer Communities

London Borough of Hounslow is seeking a Safer Communities Partnerships Lead to develop and deliver a range of partnership programmes, including the Serious Violence Duty, in collaboration with the Police, Probation Service and health services. You will work within the Safer Communities Team to reduce crime and improve outcomes for residents.
