Manufacturing Process Coach

Group Lotus in Norwich is seeking a Process Supporter to help sustain daily operations across fabrication, machining, composites, welding and assembly. You will coach operators, ensure parts, processes and tooling are ready, and drive on-time production.

The role emphasises training, cross-training, safety, 5S, and continuous improvement, with a focus on achieving targets and reducing scrap while maintaining a collaborative, high-performance culture.
