Class 1 Driver in Skelmersdale

Ideal Recruit is currently looking for HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for well-established client based in Skelmersdale. 

The role will include deliveries to their stores across the UK with average 2-3 drops of caged goods and some collections.  

Rates of Pay: PAYE (including holiday pay). 

Day rate £20.00 p/h between 06:00-13:59 (from 14:00 afternoon rate applies).Overtime after 45 hours £27.38 p/h 

Afternoon rate £22.62 p/h between 14:00-21:59 (from 22:00 night rate applies).Overtime after 45 hours £30.38 p/h 

Night rate £24.15 p/h between 22:00-05:59 (from 06:00 day rate applies).Overtime after 45 hours £31.90 p/h

 

Additional Information:

• Paid assessment is required.
• Fully paid breaks
• Shift availability: Days / Afternoons / Nights – shifts from Monday to Sunday.

 

You will need to meet the below criteria to be considered for the vacancy: – HGV Class 1 driving entitlement (category CE)– At least 6 months of experience as a class 1 driver– Experience of driving refrigerator unit preferred.– Valid Driver’s CPC card and Digital Tachograph card– No more than 6 points for minor endorsements
