The Best Connection are currently recruiting for HGV Class 2 Drivers with their global logistics and supply chain company that operates both freight management and contract logistics. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with excellent earning potential and long-term prospects.
About the Role:HGV Class 2 Driver – Main duties and requirements are:* Managing the delivery process from site to customer of pre-built kitchen carcasses and white goods.* Manual handling required* Ensuring your load is safe and secure* Completion of delivery device* Will accept newly passed drivers* Maximum 6 points accepted ( No DD/ DR/DG / BA/CD/TT99 offences)
Working Hours:* Minimum 50 hours per week* Minimum 10-12 hour shifts* Day shifts are Monday to Friday
Pay:* Standard rate of 16.64 per hour* Overtime rate is at 24.96
What We’re Looking For:* Valid HGV UK Class 2 (Category C) Licence* In-date CPC and Digi card
