Continuous Improvement Lead, Member Services (Hybrid)

PPL is seeking a Senior Continuous Improvement lead to drive the Member Services improvement agenda. You will manage the end-to-end pipeline, shaping requirements and delivering practical changes that raise quality, efficiency and member satisfaction.

You’ll use data and stakeholder insights to guide decisions, govern processes, and collaborate with teams across Salesforce, AI initiatives and automation. A proactive, organized leader will thrive in this role.
