Head of Change – Global ERP Transformation

Pernod Ricard is seeking a Head of Change for the Gold and Crystal Brand Units to lead readiness for the LEAP SAP S/4HANA rollout. You will shape change management across Brand Units, leveraging global frameworks and driving sponsorship at senior levels.

In this dual-mandate role, you will partner with HQ deployment teams, lead readiness workstreams, and ensure training alignment for localised success across affiliates while sustaining momentum beyond go-live.
