BRC & ISO Compliance Manager

Wolverhampton£38,000 – £40,000 per annum8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (1-hour lunch)Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced BRC & ISO Compliance Manager to oversee quality, compliance and accreditation across our manufacturing operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain BRCGS, ISO and FSC certifications
• Manage quality systems, policies and procedures
• Lead internal and external audits
• Investigate non-conformances and implement corrective actions
• Conduct compliance risk assessments
• Deliver compliance training and promote a quality-focused culture
• Work closely with Production, Operations and HR teams
• Monitor compliance KPIs and report to senior management

About You

• Previous experience in a Compliance or Quality Management role within manufacturing or production
• Strong knowledge of BRCGS and ISO standards
• Lead Auditor qualification desirable
• Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and IT skills
