Senior People, Capability & Change Leader

First Locate is seeking a senior leader to head People, Capability & Change, reporting to the Head of HR. You will work with SLT and management to identify capability issues and translate them into practical plans that improve performance, engagement and retention across the operation.

You will embed talent reviews, succession planning and Future Leaders development, ensuring the People Strategy delivers tangible results in a fast-paced environment.
